Never was concern less well placed than what Rell Francis expressed for Steven G. Harrison. It is some comfort to us that Francis was informed the the facts, albeit late, before his own death in 2009. Harrison had every opportunity to produce the book, for which he had received thousands of dollars in gifts. He never did so and after this and other revelations we knew he would never understand Grandfather well enough to do so.
My brief contact with Francis persuaded me he was a man of integrity.
